01

Service and ownership

LoadPulse is a logistics visibility platform owned by Sark Media. Sark Media owns all rights, title, and interest in LoadPulse, including the name, design, source code, workflows, templates, dashboards, analytics logic, documentation, and related intellectual property. Your account gives you limited, non-transferable access to use LoadPulse for authorized transportation and logistics work only.

02

Your data rights

Your load, booking, customer, trucking, driver, status, missed-load reason, note, notification, and profile information remains the operational data of you or the organization that provided it. Sark Media does not claim ownership of your operational data. You grant LoadPulse permission to host, process, secure, display, back up, and analyze that data only as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain security, improve reliability, and comply with law.

03

Privacy and role-based access

LoadPulse is designed around separated access. Drivers see their own assigned loads and updates. Trucking company managers see the loads, drivers, and analysis for their assigned trucking company or companies. The logistics team may see network-wide data for dispatch, follow-up, analysis, troubleshooting, and administration. Users must not access, export, disclose, or share another party’s information unless their role authorizes it.

04

Use of data and AI analysis

LoadPulse may use the data available to your role to create summaries, analytics, exception reports, missed-load insights, and operational recommendations. These outputs are decision-support tools and may require human review. Sark Media will not sell user data or share it with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by hosting, email, security, database, backup, and infrastructure providers that help operate LoadPulse, or disclosed where required by law.

05

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate updates, keep login details confidential, use only your own account, follow your employer or partner instructions, and avoid misuse such as unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, copying the platform, disrupting service, or uploading unlawful, harmful, or confidential information you are not authorized to use.

06

Confidentiality between partners

Information from one trucking company, driver, customer, shipper, or logistics partner must be treated as confidential and used only for permitted logistics purposes inside LoadPulse. Access controls are intended to preserve privacy between partners while still allowing the logistics team to administer the overall operation.

07

Changes, suspension, and legal terms

Sark Media may update LoadPulse and these terms from time to time. Access may be suspended or removed for security, misuse, legal compliance, or business reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadPulse is provided as an operational tool without a guarantee that every data point, notification, AI insight, or external integration will be error-free or uninterrupted.

08

Privacy rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where legally available and operationally reasonable. Contact your logistics administrator or Sark Media support contact for privacy or account questions.
